Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Requirements

Returned products must be in their original condition and must include all original protective materials and packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• The protective plastic wrapping must not be torn or removed.

• Any protective materials included with the planner must remain intact.

• The planner must be unused and free from any writing, markings, damage, or signs of wear.

• The product must be returned in its original condition as received.

Products that have been opened, used, written in, altered, or no longer contain their original protective materials will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used planners

• Planners with writing, markings, or damage caused after delivery

• Products where protective wrapping or materials have been removed

• Digital products

• Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with:
